John Vere Bio

John has played in bands since back in the 1960's. By the 70's he found himself playing acoustic guitar and a Banjo. When Johns family moved to the interior he started playing in bands again. Typical bands playing covers but also playing bass in the Fly By Night Bluegrass band. Around this time he became a solo act.  John was a one man band using backing tracks for 40 years. Leaving the computer at home he now plays only acousticly. No more dances and parties. Focusing on coffee house and festival type gigs. 

 Johns latest act is returning to his roots from those acoustic day's of the late 60's and 70's. Country rock, Folk Rock, Blues and bit of Bluegrass. He has a whole set of originals but he likes to mix in those old songs everybody will remember, but you don't often hear anymore. 

John has built himself a very well equiped home studio where his plans are to record every song he ever played in an acoustic style.
