What is the "Carbonara Challenge" about?

Award ceremony at Cachuk in the Mercado del Puerto

The crowning glory of the contest will be the award ceremony to be held in December at Cachuk, the renowned gastronomic establishment that is synonymous with quality and culinary creativity. The top three places will receive trophies and surprise prizes. The ceremony promises to be an event full of flavour and excitement, where the finalists will be able to enjoy a special evening with other cooking enthusiasts. The names of the finalists will be announced through our social networks, and they will be invited to participate in the awards ceremony where the winner will be crowned.
