Membership

We welcome interested individuals to join us! Below, you can find our membership application form.

Apply to be a member directly through our digital Google Forms membership application OR fill out and mail your signed and completed physical (hard copy) membership application. Associate membership status is also available for non-U.S. citizens and youth ages 14-17. If you have further questions, please contact us.

Submit your electronic membership application with $50 fee submitted via PayPal or Venmo for all new members. 

Renewing Electronically? Follow the same steps with $40 for annual membership renewal via PayPal or Venmo.

PayPal Instructions: 

1.) Log into PayPal Account

2.) Select either "Paid & Get Paid" or "Send" tab

3.) Input email address caca.losangeles.dues@gmail.com -- it should show @cacala2021dues with our logo

4.) Click Next to confirm Payment

Venmo option: @CACA-LA

**Please note that the amount of $50 new/$40 renewing annual membership fee using PayPal, which also takes credit cards, will include the processing fee. 

SAVE $5 BY PAYING CASH OR CHECK

OR mail a check to our address below (please include printed, completed, and signed application form with your check) in the amount of $35 for renewing and $45 for new. Send check to: Chinese American Citizens Alliance Los Angeles, 415 Bamboo Lane, Los Angeles, CA 90012.

You are welcome to pay by cash, $35 for renewing or $45 for new membership, when you attend lodge meetings.
