Drayage Fees: If using BTX, there will be a mandatory drayage charge ($89 per 100 lbs) due to Viper. Payment is required before the delivery of your freight. Please contact Lesa with Viper to place your credit card on file (email listed above).
CABANA IS NOT AFFILIATED WITH ANY OTHER SHIPPING COMPANIES. BTX & VIPER will be the only shipping companies allowed & able to deliver to show site. Other shipping companies, i.e. UPS, USPS, DHL, etc. will NOT be able to deliver directly to your booth.
This is ONLY for a quick drop off (i.e rideshare), with a single trip
Parking is NOT allowed on Convention Center Drive for ANY amount of time
Hand trucks etc. are NOT allowed for this type of drop off
If you need to get out of the car for any period of time/need multiple trips out of the vehicle, you will be directed by VIPER to the POV drop-off road right off of Convention Center Drive.
Cabana team members will be available on a first come first serve basis to assist with carrying your items to your booth.
You cannot use any tools to set up your booth (hammers, saws, blow torches, etc.)
You may not paint anything inside of the venue.
You may not apply stickers, paint or anything to the fixtures themselves.
Cabana does not provide hangers. You need to bring your own, or prepare a rental service.
You have the option of storing your empty boxes during load in. You can also carry your empties out with you, but empty boxes, suitcases, etc. cannot be in your booth at any time during show hours.
Empty boxes are stored offsite, and will NOT be available during show hours.
Boxes must be completely empty and broken down.
Cabana will store empties for the duration of the show and return them within 2 hours of the close of the last day of the show.
HOW TO STORE YOUR EMPTIES:
Make sure your boxes are completely empty and broken down (if cardboard).
Retrieve EMPTY stickers from the service desk. Pack up and label your empty boxes/suitcases/crates, and push them out into the aisle.
Your empties will be retrieved during load-in, and will not be available until close of show.
We will return boxes and deliver them directly to your booth on the last day of the show, between 4pm-8pm. If you’ll need these boxes before then, please find alternate storage.
Monday, June 2 | 4pm - 8pm
You can not start packing your booth before the show is officially over at 4pm. Please plan your travel accordingly.
All items shipped and hand carried into the venue must be completely removed by the end of breakdown at 8pm.
Load-out will take place through the front entrance and south dock ONLY. Load-out through the front entrance is for hand-carry only. To access the south dock follow the red arrow on the right side of the map below.
It can be very difficult to get a taxi at the close of the show. It is recommended that you arrange for transportation in advance.

CRATE, BOX & LUGGAGE RETURN
You will not have access to your empties before the show’s close. All empties will be returned between 4pm-6pm on Monday, June 2nd. We ask that you kindly refrain from entering the empty return area to search for your own empties as this can present a safety hazard. We cannot make any special arrangements for you to receive your empties back early. Thank you for your understanding and cooperation.
SHIPPING
In order to save time, arrange all shipments before the show. To arrange shipping with BTX Global Logistics or VIPER onsite, visit the Info desks.
If you ship with USPS, UPS, FedEx, or any other carrier, you will have to bring your items to the nearest shipping center AS these companies will not be able to pick up within the venue.
