2026 Training Schedule

Below are the virtual and in-person training opportunities offered in 2026. Participants were encouraged to attend the workshop hosted in their nearest region. Completion of the online training series was required prior to participating in a regional workshop.

In-Person Regional Workshops

Participants were encouraged to attend the workshop hosted in their nearest region. Each training was 3 days/2 nights and included both indoor and outdoor learning experiences.

Each regional workshop offered:

• Science-based content on regional climate impacts and adaptation strategies.

• Interpretive tools to effectively communicate climate and natural resource topics.

• Collaborative sessions with regional experts, park staff, and partners.

• Hands-on activities focused on applying interpretive techniques in the field.

• Peer networking to strengthen statewide collaboration and shared learning.
