Please read these Terms of Service ("Terms") carefully before using
the CA Focus mobile application ("App") operated by CA Focus
("we", "us", or "our").
By downloading or using the App, you agree to be bound by these Terms.

1. USE OF THE APP

CA Focus is a study productivity tool designed to help students
preparing for Chartered Accountancy (CA) examinations track their
study time, manage their schedule, and stay focused.
You agree to use the App only for its intended purpose and in
compliance with all applicable laws. You must not:
• Attempt to reverse-engineer or modify the App
• Use the App in any way that could damage or impair it
• Use the App for any unlawful or harmful purpose

2. SUBSCRIPTIONS AND PAYMENTS

CA Focus offers a free tier and a paid subscription ("CA Focus Pro").
Subscription terms
• Subscriptions are billed on a recurring basis (monthly or annual)
through the Apple App Store or Google Play Store
• Payment is charged to your App Store / Play Store account at
confirmation of purchase
• Subscriptions automatically renew unless cancelled at least
24 hours before the end of the current billing period
• You can manage and cancel your subscription at any time through
your App Store or Play Store account settings
Free trial
• If a free trial is offered, unused portions of the trial are
forfeited when you purchase a subscription
• After the trial period, your subscription will automatically
convert to a paid subscription unless cancelled
Refunds
• All purchases are processed by Apple or Google. Refund requests
must be directed to Apple Support or Google Play Support
respectively. We are unable to process refunds directly.
Price changes
• We reserve the right to change subscription prices. You will be
notified in advance of any price changes through the App or
by email.

3. DISCLAIMER OF WARRANTIES

CA Focus is provided "as is" without any warranties of any kind,
either express or implied.
We do not guarantee:
• That the App will be uninterrupted or error-free
• That use of the App will result in improved exam performance
or exam success
• The accuracy or completeness of any content in the App
CA Focus is a study productivity tool. It is not affiliated with
the Institute of Chartered Accountants of India (ICAI) and does
not provide coaching, study material, or exam guidance.

4. LIMITATION OF LIABILITY

To the maximum extent permitted by law, CA Focus shall not be
liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential
damages arising out of or in connection with your use of the App,
including but not limited to loss of data, loss of study progress,
or loss of subscription access due to technical issues.
Our total liability to you for any claims shall not exceed the
amount you paid for the App subscription in the 12 months
preceding the claim.

5. INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY

All content, design, graphics, and code in CA Focus are owned by
or licensed to CA Focus. You may not copy, reproduce, distribute,
or create derivative works from any part of the App without our
prior written consent.

6. TERMINATION
────────────────────────────────────────
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate access to the App
at our discretion if you violate these Terms. Upon termination,
your right to use the App will immediately cease.
You may stop using the App at any time by uninstalling it from
your device.

7. GOVERNING LAW

These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes
arising from these Terms or your use of the App shall be subject
to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of India.

8. CHANGES TO THESE TERMS

We may update these Terms from time to time. When we do, we will
update the "Last updated" date at the top. Continued use of the
App after changes constitutes your acceptance of the updated Terms.
