Hours for Drop-Off & Pick-Ups

• Summer booking hours are M-F 7:15-9:15am & 4:30pm-6:30pm and weekend/holidays 7-8am & 7-8pm; hours subject to change

• As a small family owned business, we understand life doesn't always go according to plan! We will always do our best to accommodate late bookings or times that fall outside of our normal booking window; $10 convenience fee may apply 

Cancellation Policy

• To best serve all clients and staff, we ask for a 24 hour notice of cancellation. If cancellation is not made within that time, you will be required to pay a non-refundable deposit when you book your next stay. 

• This is not an additional fee and will go towards the service booked, but is non-refundable if there is another cancellation. 

Billing Guidelines for Boarding

• If you are running late to pick-up for PM, you are welcome to pick-up in the morning at no additional charge! We ask that you notify us as soon as you know plans have changed. 

• If you are scheduled to pick-up in the AM operating window and you are late, you are subject to the cost of board for that day. 

Multi-Dog Discount

• Two dogs sharing a kennel will be $55/day which saves you $5/day!

• Farm Runs ~ If your your pups are able to have their Farm Run together, it will be $10/first dog plus $5 for each additional dog. If you want them to have solo Farm Runs, it will remain $10/dog. 

• All For Me ~ If you choose to have your pups have their All For Me time together, it will be $10/first dog plus $5 for each additional dog. If you want them to have individual All For Me time, it will remain $10/dog. 

Special Needs

• We are always willing to accommodate special needs within our abilities. Special needs are addressed on a case by case basis with Alexandria and may be subject to a fee.

Common Special Needs

• • Medication $5/day (no fee if it can be dropped in bowl!)

  • Wet Food $5/day (refrigerator available and bowl cleaned every meal!)

  • 2 dogs sharing a kennel requiring separation at meal time $5/day
