Sumin Lee is an assistant professor in the Department of Mechanical Systems Engineering at Jeonbuk National University. Before joining JBNU, he worked in the CAE group at Samsung Electronics MX Business.
He received his Ph.D. in Mechanical Engineering from KAIST, where he conducted research on AI-driven mechanism design and optimization.
His research focuses on data-driven design, design optimization, and mechanical robot systems, integrating Physical-AI with engineering principles for advanced product and system development.
