Rodeo Grounds

Hosting events with horses and other farm animals means having a facility with a specific set of  attributes. Our riding arena, announcers booth, covered and uncovered tiered guest seating and an elevated viewing beer garden cover every need.

The Arena:

34m x 73.5m - suitable for dressage, reining, team penning, hunter/jumper, and working cow.

5 rail metal fencing

6 bucking chutes

The stands:

Covered arena with seating for 500+/-

English or Western events have ample room for competitors and audience. Lots of room for food vendors and local or imported craftspeople and resellers to set up and sell. Imagine a 2 day dressage event, with leatherworkers and tack sellers intersperced with yummy food vendors. Camping on site with safe rentable paddocks is perfect for your event.

The arena is also available for registered riders. All riders must register at the office, call to make arrangements, and pay an annual fee of $40. They must also show proof of HCBC  insurance. The arena is normally locked and there is a charge of $15 for a refundable key deposit. Coaches are charged a rental fee for hosting lessons in our arena.

Riders are required to clean up after their horses. Truck/trailer parking only in the bottom field at the back right side.

Riders are required to use the horse trail to enter the arena and refrain from riding on grassed areas. All riders under 19 must ride

with a helmet and have a parent's signature.  All horses must have a rider, no loose horse, dogs, or kids. Only registered riders in the arena.

Safety is a requirement and failure to use the space safely will result in loss of fee and banning.
