CHRCO MEMBERSHIP
Annual membership is $10 per person.
For this, you will:
receive a regular newsletter advising you of all CHRCO events happening throughout the year
receive advance notice of any volunteer opportunities
be able to attend our meetings as a voting member
be given reduced table rental fees
The membership form is at the bottom of the page. Print it out, complete it and bring it to the next meeting. We look forward to meeting you!

ARENA MEMBERSHIP
The arena at the Coombs Rodeo Grounds is available to members for a small fee of $40 for the annual membership and $15 for a key deposit.
Interested parties need to complete the form below in its entirety and email payment to j.lbrown@telus.net.
The form can be printed and completed by hand. Take a picture of it and email it to coombcrodeogrounds@gmail.com. Once both the completed application form and the e-payment are received we will make arrangements to get this year's key to you. At that time we will need to see your HCBC card as proof of insurance.
The lock is changed annually so this process is required every year for ongoing access to this fabulous riding arena.

VOLUNTEERING WITH CHRCO
Volunteers are the heart of our organization. It takes many hands to help the various committees organize and run events at CHRCO's Coombs Rodeo Grounds. Little tasks like setting up tables and chairs for the market and big tasks assisting the site staff maintain the space, there are a myriad of things to be done.
