About C.A.R.E. Torrance

C.A.R.E. Torrance (Citizens Advocating for Responsible Expansion & Proper Land Use) is a dedicated group of Torrance residents and business owners formed in the year 2025 in response to the proposed Homekey+ project at 3525 Torrance Boulevard. Our mission is to advocate for thoughtful land use policies and development projects that preserve the quality of life and prioritize the safety and long-term well-being of Torrance. This includes promoting developments that consider environmental impacts, economic viability, community safety, and equitable growth, while actively opposing projects that could harm neighborhood harmony.
