After you have been accepted, you will receive an email from our membership director with instructions on how to pay and a Microsoft form to finish your application where we will ask about some of your basic information! In the picture and through this link you will see a break down of the different membership plans, their price, and included perks! We also have a pre-nursing option for $15!
