-Position Description: We are looking for a postdoctoral research fellow with a strong background in heterogeneous photocatalysis and (photo)electrochemical analysis. The candidate is expected to strengthen our research in the field of visible-light-driven photocatalysis. We are looking for a candidate with expertise in one or more of these fields: conjugated polymers, inorganic semiconductors, alcohol oxidation, water splitting, and oxygen/nitrogen reduction. The main funding source for the fellow will be supported by the National Research Council of Science and Technology (NST), focusing on the development of broadband semiconductors for solar energy production. Dr. Dongki Lee of KIST will work in a team for potential photocatalytic studies (https://sites.google.com/view/dnklee).

-Requirements: Self-motivated, creative, team-working. Background in photocatalysis and electrochemistry. Experience with conjugated polymers and semiconductors is advantageous.

-Salary and Duration: A competitive salary (USD35,000~45,000/yr) will be offered in accordance with the guideline of the KIST and will depend on previous experience and qualifications. We are offering a full-time position for two years with a possibility of renewal for subsequent years. The preferred starting point is the 1st of March 2022.
