Terms of Service

These Terms of Service govern the use of Sudoku Challenge Puzzle (“the App”), provided by Byul Studio (“Developer,” “we,” “us,” or “our”).
By installing or using the App, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please stop using and uninstall the App.
1. Description of the Service
The App provides Sudoku gameplay, local game progress storage, advertisements, in-app purchases, and related features.
Some features may require an internet connection, a supported device, or services provided by an external platform such as Google Play.
2. User Responsibilities
You must use the App in accordance with applicable laws and these Terms.
You must not:
• Use the App for an unlawful purpose
• Interfere with the normal operation of the App
• Copy, modify, reverse-engineer, or redistribute the App without authorization
• Circumvent security features or improperly manipulate gameplay or purchase functions
• Infringe the rights of the Developer or any third party
3. Advertisements
The App may display advertisements provided by third-party advertising services such as Google AdMob.
Advertising content and external services accessed through advertisements are managed by the applicable advertiser or service provider. Except where liability is required by law, the Developer is not responsible for the content of external advertisements or services.
4. In-App Purchases
The App may offer in-app products, including an option to remove advertisements.
Purchases and payments are processed through the billing system of the applicable app marketplace, such as Google Play. Prices, payment methods, cancellations, and refunds are subject to the policies of the applicable marketplace and applicable law.
If a purchase is refunded, access to the corresponding feature or content may be withdrawn.
If a purchased product is not delivered or does not function correctly, you may contact us using the email address below.
5. Intellectual Property
The App and its software, designs, images, text, trademarks, and other content are owned by the Developer or their respective rights holders.
These Terms grant you only a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable right to use the App for personal and non-commercial purposes.
6. Changes and Discontinuation
We may modify, suspend, or discontinue all or part of the App when reasonably necessary for operational, security, technical, or legal reasons.
Where practical, material changes or discontinuation will be announced through the App or an associated webpage.
7. Data and Game Progress
Game progress and settings may be stored locally on your device.
Stored progress may be lost when the App is uninstalled, App data is cleared, the device is reset, or the device is changed. If no cloud-save feature is provided, the Developer may be unable to restore lost progress.
8. Disclaimer of Warranties
We make reasonable efforts to provide a stable service. However, we do not guarantee that the App will always operate without interruptions or errors, or function identically on every device.
To the extent permitted by applicable law, the App is provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis.
9. Limitation of Liability
Except in cases of intentional misconduct or gross negligence, the Developer may limit liability for indirect or unforeseeable damages arising from use of the App to the extent permitted by applicable law.
Nothing in these Terms limits any mandatory consumer rights available under the laws applicable to you.
10. Restriction of Use
If you violate these Terms or applicable law, or interfere with the normal operation of the App, we may restrict access to the App or certain features to the extent permitted by law.
11. Governing Law and Disputes
These Terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Korea.
However, these Terms do not limit any mandatory consumer protection or other legal rights available in your country of residence.
If a dispute arises, the parties will first attempt to resolve it in good faith.
12. Changes to These Terms
We may update these Terms when App features, operating practices, or applicable laws change.
Material changes will be announced through this page or within the App. Updated Terms apply from the effective date displayed above.
