Privacy Policy

This Privacy Policy applies to apps and games provided by Byul Studio that link to this policy. The features and related data processing described below apply only when those features are actually available in the App and version you use. Availability of Google Play Games sign-in, achievements, leaderboards and cloud saving varies by App and version.
1. Information We Process
The App does not offer its own account registration or directly ask for your name, email address or phone number. Where the App offers Google Play Games features, you can use them by signing in with an existing Google account.
Advertising and analytics services may collect, process or receive IP addresses and approximate location, advertising IDs, App Set IDs and other device identifiers, device and operating system details, App version, App launches, screen usage, advertising interactions, errors and performance diagnostics.
When you use Google Play Games features available in the App, player IDs, game activities, achievement progress and completion, leaderboard scores and saved game data may be transmitted to and processed by that service. Game progress and settings are also stored on your device. Play Games Saved Games supports cloud saving and restoration. Using Play Games features is optional.
The currently released Sudoku App does not offer in-app purchases and does not collect purchase products, payment status or transaction information.
2. How We Use Information

3. Third-Party Services

• Google Firebase Analytics for usage analytics and service improvement
• Google Play Games Services for sign-in, achievements, leaderboards and cloud saving (where available in the App and version in use)
Each service may process the identifiers, App usage information, game activities, saved data or diagnostics needed for its features. Play Games information is used to provide game functionality.

4. Advertising and Consent
Where required by applicable law, the App may display a consent form regarding advertising and data processing. Advertisements may be personalized or non-personalized depending on your consent choices and device settings.
You may reset or delete your advertising ID through device settings and make choices using the options shown in the consent form.
5. Data Retention and Deletion
Game progress and settings stored only on your device can be deleted by uninstalling the App or clearing App data. This does not also delete Play Games cloud data or information held by third-party services.
For Google Play Games data management and deletion, consult the relevant Google account or Play Games settings and procedures. Information processed by third-party services is retained and deleted under each provider's policies.
The Developer currently does not operate a separate App account or a procedure for submitting data deletion requests to the Developer. The email below is a contact for App and privacy inquiries.
6. User Rights
Depending on your country or region, applicable law may provide rights regarding access, correction, deletion, restriction of processing, withdrawal of consent or objection. The absence of a Developer-operated deletion request procedure does not limit rights provided by applicable law. Information controlled by third-party services is subject to their relevant settings and procedures.
7. Data Security
We apply reasonable technical and administrative measures to protect user information. Information transmitted through third-party services is handled according to each provider's security practices.
8. Changes to This Privacy Policy
We may update this policy when App features, third-party services or applicable laws change. Material changes will be announced through this page or within the App.
