There are several parts to this Onboarding material. Please be aware that some parts may take more time than others. This Onboarding Training will teach you about partner escalations, customer satisfaction, white glove students, and more.
Throughout Onboarding Training, you will be required to submit quizzes and self-reflection prompts to show your progress.
