About me

My name is Yasser Salah Eddine Bouchareb from Algeria. I am a dedicated mathematician, passionate of Statistics and Data Sciences. A simple background about me; I hold a Master in Machine Intelligence from The African Masters of Machine Intelligence (AMMI) and a Master Degree in Mathematical Sciences from University of Cape Town, through the African Institute for Mathematical Sciences South Africa (AIMS-SA). Throughout my studies, I have developed scientific and technical skills (Big Data and Machine Learning, Problem-solving) and strong skills in programming that are prerequisites in engineering and innovation in the IT field. I am a happy person, outgoing, and friendly. I like reading, writing, laughing and playing football and video games. I am goal oriented, hard working, result-driven and possess excellent communication, interpersonal skills and very adaptable.

My research interests fall mainly in the broader fields of computer vision and machine learning. I've worked on image understanding, pattern renegotiation, and deep learning.
