Delivery Schedule: Your dress will be shipped between 12:00 PM and 2:00 PM on the scheduled delivery date.

Dress & Rider Information: We will send you a photo of the dress and the rider's details before delivery.

Delivery Fee: The delivery fee must be paid directly to the rider upon delivery. By Rentals does not handle courier payments on behalf of renters.

During Transit: Please track your delivery, confirm once you have received the dress, and check that the item matches the photos provided.

RESPONSIBILITY: Failure to confirm receipt of the dress or report any issues upon delivery may affect claims related to loss, damage, or incorrect items during transit.

Return Schedule: On the second day of your rental period, the dress must be prepared for return. The renter is required to book a Lalamove pick-up by 8:00 PM on the second day, with the pick-up scheduled for 10:00 AM on the following day.

Packaging Care: Please handle the packaging bag, box, and dust bag with care. We highly value our custom-designed box and packaging materials, so we kindly ask that you keep them safe and avoid any damage, deformation, or loss. In case the packaging is lost or damaged, the cost may be deducted from your security deposit.

Courier Pick-Up: The rider will be scheduled for pick-up at 10:00 AM on the 3rd day. Please pack the dress properly in its dust bag and/or box. Any damage caused by improper packaging may result in a deduction from your security deposit. Please also remind the Lalamove rider to handle the box with care during transit to avoid any damage.

Availability During Pick-Up: Please ensure that you are available during the scheduled pick-up time. If the rider arrives and the dress is not ready for collection, any additional courier fees may be deducted from your security deposit.

Courier Documentation: Before handing over the dress, we recommend taking a photo of the rider, vehicle plate number, and waybill for your records.

Courier Fee: The Lalamove delivery fee must be paid directly to the rider.

Deposit Refund: Your security deposit will be processed within 1-2 days after the dress has been received, inspected, and assessed for any damages, stains, missing items, or late return fees.
