Covid-19 Update
Alberta is currently at phase 2 of the relaunch strategy. We are still taking the Covid-19 virus very seriously. Here in Alberta, the daily case numbers have been at an all-time high within the last few weeks
Our precautionary measures are listed below, for both our customers as well as our staff. Thank you for following these measures, if we all do our part, we can help each other navigate these challenging times.
Customers:
We are asking our customers, to please wear a mask when entering our shop, if possible. We will not deny service or entry to any customer without a mask, but we recommend bringing one with you.
If you have had any Covid-19 symptoms or travelled outside the country within the last 14 days, DO NOT enter our building.
We will not be entering houses if the customer or any residents of the home have any symptoms of Covid-19. If a customer is currently in quarantine, or under isolation due to a suspected or possible exposure, we will not enter until that customer or person's quarantine or isolation is over.
We are:
Maintaining as much physical distance from one another within the shop, including all customers. When in spaces where a 2 meter separation is not available, like driving in a vehicle together, our staff are required to wear masks.
Sanitizing our workspace multiple times a day, focusing on the most heavily used and trafficked areas within the shop.
Telling our staff to stay home when showing possible signs and symptoms of the Covid-19 virus, and not allowing them to come back to work until a Covid-19 test is taken, and has a negative result.
Our doors are open to customers, although we have barricades set up to maintain physical distance from workers and customers.
We only allow one customer in our building at a time. Customer's are still able to use cards, cash, or cheques to pay. When using a card, the machine will be wiped down before and after your use.
Still entering houses, although it is completely up to our staff to use their discretion to determine whether or not they feel comfortable entering a residential space.
