The App is a food delivery and marketplace platform where Business Users (shops) can create accounts and upload items, while Personal Users (customers) can browse, add to cart, and place orders.
Information We Collect
Account and Profile Information (for both Business and Personal users):
• Name (provided through Google Sign-In)
• Email address (provided through Google Sign-In)
• Profile image (provided through Google Sign-In)
• Shop name and description (for business users only)
• Shop location (GPS / address) for business accounts
• User location (if permission is granted)
Authentication & Security Data:
• Google Sign-In authentication tokens
• Unique user IDs for account identification
• Wallet PIN (used to confirm transactions, promotions, and service fee payments; stored securely in encrypted form)
Items and Order Data:
• Uploaded item images, titles, descriptions, and prices
• Cart contents, order history, and order status
• Payment receipts (uploaded screenshots for manual verification)
• Delivery details and tracking information (if applicable)
Payments & Deposits:
• Bank account details (account holder name, account number, bank name) provided by business users for receiving payments
• Deposit screenshots and verification records
• App balance (approved deposits) and promotional spending history
• Transaction and Service Fees paid by users or business users (deducted during orders, promotions, or other in-app services)
Messaging & Communications:
• Order-related messages between buyers and business users
• Message timestamps, sender/receiver IDs
Device & Technical Data:
• Device type, operating system version, IP address, app usage logs, and crash reports
How We Use Your Information
• To create and authenticate user accounts (using Google Sign-In)
• To process and deliver customer orders
• To enable order-related messaging between users
• To verify payments and approve deposits
• To support item uploads, edits, and promotions
• To process wallet-based transactions and service fees
• To enhance security using Wallet PIN verification
• To improve app functionality and fix bugs

Sharing Information with Third Parties
• Google Sign-In: We use Google Sign-In for authentication, which processes your Google account information according to Google's Privacy Policy.
• Payment Verification: Screenshots and payment information are reviewed manually by the Bite team. We do not share your payment data with third parties unless necessary.
• Delivery Partners: When an order is delivered via a partner, limited delivery details may be shared.
• Legal Requirements: If required by law or for fraud investigations, we may share necessary information with law enforcement authorities.
Your Rights
• You can edit your profile information (name, image, shop info if applicable).
• You can view your orders and messages.
• You can update or reset your Wallet PIN if needed.
You can request account deletion by contacting us at contact.bxgroup786@gmail.com. We will inform you which information will be deleted and which records (like transactions) we may need to retain for regulatory purposes.
Security Measures
• We use secure Google Sign-In authentication for account access.
• Wallet PINs are encrypted and securely stored.
• We use secure server configurations and encryption for data protection.
• Sensitive data is restricted to authorized personnel only.
• Wallet PIN is never shared or visible to other users or staff.
However, no system on the internet is 100% secure. If you notice any security issue, please contact us immediately.
Payment & Deposit Process
• Users make payments and upload a screenshot within the app.
• The Bite team manually verifies each payment screenshot.
• Once verified, the corresponding deposit balance is approved.
• Business users can use their approved balance to promote items.
• Users and business users may be charged service or transaction fees for orders, promotions, or other Bite services.
• Wallet PIN is used to confirm any payment or transaction activity.
• We store payment screenshots and related bank details for verification purposes.
Messaging Feature
• Messages are stored for order-related communication and dispute resolution.
• Both business and personal users can send and receive messages.
• Users can report inappropriate messages, and we reserve the right to warn or suspend offending accounts.
Data Retention
• We retain user accounts and order records as long as the account remains active.
• Some transactional records (such as payment receipts) may be kept for regulatory or auditing reasons.
Children's Privacy
The app is intended for users aged 13 and above (or the minimum age required by your jurisdiction). If a minor account is detected, we may request guardian verification.
Policy Updates
• We may update this Privacy Policy at any time. The "Effective Date" above will reflect the latest version.
