Online Registration:

Our registration is now open and can be completed by going to this link. Bear in mind that registration is not complete until we have received two checks from you: one for your BWWC registration fee and one for your BWWA membership dues. Instructions and amounts for fees and checks are as follows.

Fees:

Normal Registration (March 30):

• Full-time faculty and lecturers: $150
• Part-time faculty and students: $100

Late Registration (March 31st-April 25th):

• Full-time faculty and lecturers: $240
• Part-time faculty and students: $120

BWWA Membership Dues (must be sent as a separate check):

• Full-time faculty and lecturers: $25
• Part-time faculty and students: $10

Dinner Ticket for Thursday Opening Reception:

• $40 (Should be included alongside BWWC registration fees in one check)

PLEASE NOTE: The BWWA dues check should be made out to “British Women Writers Association.” The second check should be made out to “British Women Writers Conference.” The second check can include registration and Thursday's dinner ticket, so please add up the registration and ticket cost if you wish to pay for both with a single check. Checks must be postmarked on or before March 30th if you wish to register for the normal rate.

Walk-in registration will, of course, be possible from April 24-27 and will be checks and cash only.

International scholars may pay cash upon on-site while checking in to the conference in April. If you complete your online registration before March 30th you will be asked to pay normal registration fees.

Please note that, due to fixed costs like room and equipment rental, refunds are not possible after April 2, 2019.
