INSTRUCTIONS FOR CHECKING YOUR ACCOUNT

Dear Students, 

Did you know that you can access your library account to see what library books and textbooks

Have you have checked out?  Follow the instructions below to get started.  

Go to:  http://bvm.goalexandria.com/

1. Click on the "log in" option on the top right corner of the screen.

2. Your username is your school ID number.

3. Your password is your 8 digit date of birth (mmddyyyy). If this does not work, try your last name in lower case. For hyphenated last names, type both last names, in lower case, with no hyphen between the two 

4. Click on the Green "Status" button in the upper left hand corner

5. Once you are logged in, click on the green icon that says "Status."

6. Click on Items Out - for library books currently checked out to you

7. Click on Textbooks Out - those are textbooks currently checked out to you

8. Click on Charges for any charges you currently have
