FAQ's

1) E-tickets for Bonjour Bakery are available here through Eventbrite.

2) Click “Tickets” to choose the number of tickets you want to buy.

3) After clicking “Checkout,” you are taken to the event registration form. The registration form shows a summary of the purchase and has fields to enter any required information. All payments are processed over a secure connection.

4) After reviewing the information you’ve entered, you’ll select “Place Order” to complete your purchase.

5) Attendees will receive an order confirmation email from Eventbrite after an order is placed successfully.

6) Attendees will recieve a link via email to access the private event via ZOOM as well as a shopping list of the ingredients required for the event.

1) BUY A TICKET and join us! All money from the sale of tickets will be donated directly to The Trussell Trust. #TogetherForChange

Unfortunately, refunds will only be available if the event is cancelled due to unforeseen circumstances. You will then be notified via email by Buzzing Bee Events.

You will then be given the option to either:

1) Refund the cost of the ticket to the original point of purchase.

2) Donate the ticket cost to The Trussell Trust, as all money raised from the sale of tickets is to be donated to our charity.
