Customer is to complete the online forms for submission with a respond in 48 hours, from time of submission.
Customer is to pay processing and delivery fee for confirmation of product after an SMS has been received for product order form.
Customer would be provided starting date of payment of monthly payment through the receipt provided after completing the form and making payment of the processing and delivery fee.
All monthly payment should be paid on or before the last day of the month through E-Cash on BUY MORE GH. E-CASH MoMo Account Number [0597440154] or Merchant ID: [427287].
A five [5] working days of maturity is added to the late payment after the last day of the month.
A month default attracts a penalty of 25% of your monthly payment in addition to the next month payment, without any changes in the payment schedule. Extension in payment schedule will attract an accrued interest of 20% monthly on your outstanding balance from date of default till payment thereof.
A continuous two [2] months default payment would result in weekly interest of 5% of the remaining balance from the date of default till Payment thereof as agreed by the two [2] parties.
A continuous three [3] months default payment would result in court summon leading to court debt collector actions with accrued cost payment by the customer during the process.
