OUR PACKAGE SIZES ARE CLASSIFIED AS FOLLOWS:

• Small: includes items such as phones

• Medium: includes items such as blenders and iron boxes

• Large: includes items such as fridges, washing machines and TVs

• Small Supermarket: All below 2kg (4.5Ibs) consumer products which are not provided with glass containers

• Medium Supermarket: All between 4-9kg (5-20Ibs) consumer products which are not provided with glass containers

DELIVERY METHODS

1. Door Delivery: Delivery time starts from the day you get SMS notification for delivery of order to the day one of our delivery associates makes a first attempt to deliver to you. Delivery will be attempted 3 times over 3 business days (7.00 am to 5.30pm) after which the item will be cancelled if GPS couldn't track the location.

2. Pickup Stations: Delivery time starts from the day you made payment of your deposit including the delivery and processing fees to when you receive the first SMS to pick up your order from our pickup station or at your doorsteps. Ensure you pick up your item within 5 days, otherwise it will be cancelled and send back to the warehouse.

3. Timeline: Small, Medium and Small Supermarket packages would take 10 working days for delivery to take effect. Large, Medium Supermarket packages would take 15 working days for delivery to be effective. Kindly take much note that your Agent will communicate you when item is ready for pick up or door delivery.

Timelines quoted are business days - Monday to Friday only, excluding weekends. They vary depending on the delivery option chosen.

The above delivery timelines are for Orders placed before 2pm on our system. Order placed after 2pm is +1 day added to the delivery timelines. 

Delivery Guidelines

If you anticipate you will not be available to receive your order, you may designate someone to receive on your behalf but ensure this person has a valid copy of your ID along with a signed authorisation letter or a copy of your order confirmation email.

Large/heavy items may incur extra delivery charge, which will be clearly stated at checkout, so no need to worry about extra fees or charges during delivery upon finding the GPS tracking details.

If delivery delays, kindly log a compliant to your agent respectfully of which it would be addressed through that medium for feedback.
