Major cosmetic damage includes being bent, chipped, dented, or sunbleached

The device must not be reported as lost or stolen. It should match the description provided in the form, and we may confirm this through a text or call. During pickup, we'll inspect the device in your presence. If it doesn't match the description, we will provide a revised offer. Please note that we do not buy iCloud locked iPads.

There are three ways of finding Serial/IMEI numbers on a Macbook:

Settings Menu:

1. • Click on Apple Logo

   • Click About this Mac

2. At the back of the Macbook:

   • Serial Numbers can also be located at the back of the Macbook

3. Original Packaging: If you have the original box that your iPhone came in, the IMEI number is usually printed on the label.
