The device must not be reported as lost or stolen. It should match the description provided in the form, and we may confirm this through a text or call. During pickup, we'll inspect the device in your presence. If it doesn't match the description, we will provide a revised offer. Please note that we do not buy iCloud locked iPads.

There are many ways of finding Serial/IMEI numbers on an iPad:

Settings Menu:

1. • Go to the "Settings" app.

   • Scroll down and tap on "General."

   • Tap "About."

   • Look for the "Serial Numbers/IMEI" entry, and you can tap on it to copy the number.4

2. IMEI Tray (for iPad with SIM Card):

   • For iPhones with a SIM card, you can find the IMEI number on the SIM card tray. The IMEI may be printed on the tray or on a sticker attached to it.

3. Original Packaging: If you have the original box that your iPhone came in, the IMEI number is usually printed on the label.
