We are a container of quality Apulian products that can be purchased online, a meeting place between small artisans and tasters of zero km products. Our project is a small reality and it wants to remain so, a reality made up of people and names with whom we can dialogue and ask for advice.
-How many days will my order take to arrive?
We ship the order the next day, or based on product availability. Delivery is guaranteed, barring problems on the part of the courier, within 24/48 hours of shipment. Not all products are shipped the next day, there are some, which for large quantities must be booked at least 1 month in advance.
-Is it possible to order a product by telephone?
Purchasing by telephone is possible and we prefer it because we can explain the various products to you, even just via WhatsApp messages on +39 348 0911515 so as to advise you based on the season.
-I am a restaurateur/shop and I would like to purchase your products, is it possible?
Yes, it is always possible on WhatsApp.
-Is it possible to request invoicing?
Yes, it is possible, when filling in the delivery address it is possible to enter the billing data, such as VAT number, unique code and company name. If there are problems, complete the order and then reply to the email info@staranimation.it, the one relating to the order, and send us all the complete data.
-Is it possible to collect from you?
Yes, it is possible, during the purchase phase proceed by entering your addresses ANYWAY, then you can choose to collect on site for free. Your order will be available the next day at our collection point which we will communicate to you on WhatsApp because we are almost never in the office.
-Is it possible to choose a delivery date?
Theoretically it is possible, just let us know, but we do not guarantee the exact day.
-What is the deadline for the gift to arrive close to Christmas?
We recommend purchasing by December 10th and then leaving it up to us to decide when to ship.
-I wouldn't want the price to come out or the receipt to be included.

Yes, of course, we ship throughout Europe and beyond, the cost depends on the weight and the delivery country.
-How are fresh products stored during shipping?
Where necessary, the products will be shipped in isothermal containers in order to preserve their quality and properties during transport.
-As I am not usually at home during office hours, can I have the purchased product delivered to my workplace?
Yes, it is possible to indicate a shipping address different from the payment/billing address when purchasing on WhatsApp.
-I placed an order but I made a mistake in indicating the delivery address. How can I do?

It is possible to request cancellation of the order if it has not yet been processed and is in "preparation in progress" mode.
