Breakfast, lunch and dinner will be provided during the School as detailed below.
Breakfast (Full English or Continental) will be served on all days at Ramsay Hall between 7:30-9:30am. (*)
Lunch will be served on all days except Sunday, 27th Aug (free day) as detailed in the programme, either catered or as vouchers for use in UCL facilities. (**)
Dinner will be served on all days (including arrival Sunday) at Ramsay Hall between 5-7pm (*), except on Wednesday, 30th Aug, when we will have a School Dinner at the Ambassadors Bloomsbury Hotel starting from 7.30pm.
For the School Dinner on Wednesday, 30th Aug, please indicate your choice of one starter/main/dessert and any dietary requirements in the spreadsheet provided by the organisers by Wednesday, 23rd Aug.
Coffee and refreshments will be provided during breaks. (**)
Dietary & Food Allergy Information:
(*) All food items are labelled and those with allergies should let the canteen staff know at meal times.
(**) An allergen file is held in each of the retail outlets. Anyone with allergies can ask any member of the service team and they will check and respond. If anyone has a severe dietary requirement please let us know and we would be happy to arrange a bespoke dish for them. Vegetarian and halal options are always offered.
