Abstract:
A well-crafted personal brand serves as a vehicle for influence, advocacy, and credibility. However, in the digital landscape, visibility is shaped by complex algorithms (A.I) that assess and rank content based on authority. Understanding how these algorithms work is crucial in ensuring that socially impactful messages reach the right audience.
This session will explore how digital assets, such as social media presence, SEO, and content strategy, play a critical role in ensuring that mission-driven initiatives gain traction. By leveraging AI-driven platforms and algorithmic ranking factors, individuals and organizations can enhance their online presence, foster cross-sector collaborations, and drive action toward global sustainability goals.

Abstract
I will try to summarize in few minutes the power of networking between human, whatever they may be, and this is what distinguishes our Federation, based on our slogan "With us you benefit and are benefited.."
During the Federation journey since 2014, we have networked and partnered with many countries, Arab and European, we exchanged our experiences, and we were able to export the product of Lebanese women abroad and give them a material and moral opportunity.
Another important experience we are going through today, due to the networking with municipalities, for example, thanks to the mayor of Byblos who allowed us to use a tourist place in the city center, which we named "Mamar", opened last September, it is an Authentic Lebanese concept stop, where locals can showcase their work and visitors can appreciate them. The exhibitors here are among the first participants in this place. Mamar will open spaces for marketing, and will support women (and men), through projects organized for them by BPW. I wanted to share our experience with you, to see the importance and power of networking, which strengthens business, and opens global horizons. Our networking today with SMART and VVIP is the best evidence that : There is strength in Unity.

Abstract:
In a world marked by challenges, where the only constant is change, leadership and agility have become the cornerstones of not only success, but also survival. While the world has relatively reached a consensus as to the importance of the woman’s role in society and her equality with man, we still don’t realize, and certainly don’t capitalize, on her innate gift for leadership and her natural agility and fluidity. The world is learning to accept the woman in leadership roles, but still fails to understand her potential in driving change, not only adopting it. Our purpose today in this exceptional event is not only to discuss our present role in the “working world”, but rather awaken to our full potential and plan, from now, the role we want (and should) play in the coming future.

Despite the daily physical challenges to reach my classes at the higher floors, and the social barriers in my country, I was determined to progress and achieve a degree in literature, and explore my huge potentials everywhere I land.
Abstract:
Integration of people with disabilities in the business sector. Because women with disabilities are an integral part of society, we are working today to build their capabilities in society, especially in the field of work. Today they are active in several fields and have survived to say to society, “I exist and I can be like other women.” We cannot build a good and cooperative society against this category of women, even though society places many barriers. We cannot remove obstacles unless we work together for that. I have a good example about a nice lady her name is Afaf Merhem she is dwarf she studied graphic design in the university and worked in many companies but she faces many obstacles like bullying and discrimination then she decided to own a shop.

Abstract:
In this speech, the speaker reflects on the transformative journey from being a simple French teacher to becoming an empowered leader and entrepreneur. The narrative begins with a self-reflective moment, envisioning herself as a young woman standing before a great achievement, questioning whether she could ever reach such heights. At that time, she struggled with balancing the demands of teaching, family, and personal growth. However, a pivotal thought changed her course: "I won’t just be a teacher in ten years." This realization propelled her to rise through the ranks to become a supervisor and later, a department manager. Yet, she sought more, believing she could offer something greater. She embarked on a quest to find an idea that would align with her aspirations and allow her to invest in her experiences and vision. With determination, she embraced adventure, overcoming challenges, including the complex process of establishing her own company, Zadig. This company, rooted in cultural development, now grows confidently, supported by experts and a community in need of change. The speaker calls on women to embrace their strength, challenge limitations, and believe in their power to shape the future, inspiring them to rise, lead, and never settle for less.
