BOE was founded in Fall 2024 after our club founders recognized there was no club on campus that focused on the intersection of business and entertainment.
BOE explores the intersection of business and creativity across three pillars: film, TV, and music. We provide students with opportunities to build industry knowledge and skills through workshops, guest speaker events, and professional development, while connecting them with resources for co-op searches and industry relationships.
General Meetings
Guest Speakers — Learn directly from industry professionals shaping the entertainment world
Workshops — Build real skills in networking, resume-building, and breaking into the industry
Community Bonding Nights — Connect with like-minded students who share your passion
BOE Advance
BOE Advance, our selective mentorship program, is designed to help students learn the foundations of Business of Entertainment.
Our mentorship program connects Northeastern students with peers and alumni to explore the business of film, music, and streaming through guided conversations, career insights, and collaborative learning - all designed to provide real value to both mentors and mentees.
