Panels & Workshops with upperclassmen mentors sharing real experience, career advice, and industry know-how
Events with Industry Professionals for direct access to the people shaping entertainment today
A consulting-based semester-long project where mentees build real portfolio work to showcase their skills
Through the program, BOE Advance members will:

Gain support with resumes, LinkedIn, and interview prep
Meet friends who share the same passion for the business of entertainment
Visit local Boston entertainment companies through field trips
Collaborate on hands-on challenges such as the Music Marketing Challenge with Green Line Records
Create a consulting-based final project (to put in portfolio)
Build lasting relationships with peers, alumni, and mentors
Be part of the BOE family - a network that extends beyond one semester

Stage 1: Written Application
Applications open September 14th and close September 19th
Stage 2: Interview
Selected applicants will be invited for a 30-minute interview with our Co-Directors
Stage 3: Decisions Released
Final decisions will be released on October 2nd
The program will begin on October 5th, 2026.
