My name is Zhala Mammadova, I am a Sr Global Talent Acquisition Leader, International Trainer/Coach/Consultant & Mentor in career, professional development, business and change management areas.

I have 20 + years of successful international work experience gained in Europe, US & CIS countries. Throughout my career I have worked for leading international companies and helped top multinationals and entrepreneurial businesses to develop and address their talent attraction strategies.

I have spent almost 8 years at Korn Ferry International, one of the leading global organisational consulting firms. prior to that I worked for Hudson Global resources, Raytheon Technical Services Company and leading global not for profit organisations.

I come with the abundance of experience & successful track record in helping multinationals and growing organisations to overcome their pain points in attracting top talent.
