Q: How much is my sewage bill every month?
A: Your bill is based on a flat rate of $47 per month.
Q: Can I use a credit card to pay my bill?
A: YES! Please click the payments page at the top.
Q: I am selling my house, is there anything I should know?
A: You are responsible for to pay for and complete a Pre-Sale Inspection. A Pressure Test is required to be completed by a plumber/contractor of your choice. You will need to complete an application for sewer certification and pay an inspection fee to the sewer office. An official from BTSA must be present during the testing. The pressure testing should be scheduled at least 15 days prior to closing with a 48 hour notice to our office.
Q: I just purchased a home in Burrell Township, is there anything I should know?
A: You are responsible for transferring the Sewage bill into your name. Please fill out a Transfer Form and get it to our office via Fax, USPS, or personal drop-off.
Q: What are your office hours?
A: The office is open Monday-Friday 8:00 am-4:00 pm. Some holidays the office is closed. Please see the Home Page for more information on Holidays that the office will be closed.
Q: I have a home on a piece of land that I am going to tear down and need the sewage line disconnected, what do I need to do?
A: Fill out an Application for Disconnect and pay a $50 inspection fee. Once it has been approved you will be notified to have your contractor contact the operators to schedule an inspection of the disconnection.
