Step 1. Think of an idea or concept you think many people will be able to relate to or would be interested in participating in!
Step 2. Find a sponsor teacher who will be your overseeing adult, as well as figure out your meeting room and date.
Step 3. Get a caucus form from Ms. Sihota (in the office), fill it out and return it to Ms. Kasseberi at the office.
Step 4. Once tentatively approved by the administration, Student Government will reach out to invite you to present at a Monday after-school Student Gov meeting for final approval.
Step 5. Come present to Student Government!
Once all 5 of these steps are completed, your club is ready to go with advertisements, events and meetings!
Step 1. Get a caucus form from Ms. Sihota (in the office), fill it out and return it back to her.
Step 2. Wait to get a response from the administration and they may ask that you book a time to present at a Wednesday morning caucus meeting (in the office).
Step 3. Book the venue (Cafeteria, MPR etc) with Ms Sihota in the office. Step 4. If you require use of the sound system, please see Student Government at least 1 week before your event to arrange use.

Step 2: List all the materials needed in exact numbers. Your liaison will be responsible for preparing your materials for you beforehand.
Step 3: Return all materials in the condition you've received them in on the return date you are assigned through your liaison.
Also, please note that the return must be made in 5 days. It is expected that materials are returned in good condition. For instance, paint brushes must be washed promptly and returned clear of paint residue. If the materials are not returned in appropriate condition, a warning will be issued through email to the club’s president and sponsor teacher. If materials are once again returned in poor condition, the club will no longer be permitted to borrow materials.
Time and place:
Clubs Fair will be happening on October 9th and 10th during lunch in the cafeteria.
Whenever clubs/councils meet:
At least one sponsor teacher MUST be in the room.
