Recital Drop-Off & Check-In
Dancer Check-In Location:
All dancers will be dropped off at the check-in table in the theater lobby.
Multiple check-in attendants will be available to assist.
You will receive a recital button at check-in, this button is how you will pick up your dancer after the show.
Once your dancer is checked in, you will receive a confirmation text.
Please inform the check-in attendant of any allergies or medical concerns.
What to Bring
What to Bring
Ensure your dancer arrives with ALL costumes, shoes, and required accessories.
Any costume change must be in a labeled garment bag, with labeled costume inside. These costumes will be placed at our quick change station.
Any extra shoes or hair accessories must be placed in a clear gallon-sized bag labeled with your dancer’s full name.
These labeled items will be stored with your dancer’s costume in their class’s designated area.
All items brought backstage must be clearly labeled.

Parents are not permitted backstage at any time.
Dancers in Level 3 and under may not bring a dance bag backstage (this does not include costume changes in garment bag or shoes in clear gallon bag).
No food or drinks are allowed backstage.
Dancer Pick-Up Procedure

To ensure dancer safety, please carefully follow the pick-up guidelines below:
Only one parent/guardian per dancer may enter the pick-up area.
Upon entry, you must show the pick-up button received at check-in.
Dancers will be dismissed after the final curtain call.
No early dismissals will be permitted.

Each dancer will be assigned an alphabet letter corresponding to their designated pick-up location.
This letter will be sent directly to the parent/guardian via your Jackrabbit Parent Portal.
Parents/guardians must know their dancer’s letter in order to pick them up and present their button for entry into pick up area.
If the letter is unknown, the dancer will only be released once the adult is verified as an approved parent/guardian in JackRabbit.
Please ensure all authorized pick-up contacts are listed in JackRabbit prior to recital day.

We are performing in the Clayton Center for the Arts, Ronald and Lynda Nutt Theater
Enter Main college entrance off E. Lamar Alexander Pkwy, take first right into parking lot.
Look for our signs as you pull on the campus, there will be parking staff present on Recital day to help you find the closet spot!
Dancers will be dropped off in the main lobby at check-in station by one parent or guardian.
