My name is Samantha, and I am a mom of four. I believe the PTO plays a key role not only in the fun activities but also, very importantly, in ensuring our teachers and staff are well supported, which is instrumental in providing a safe, positive, engaging learning environment for all children to thrive. I look forward to making the school better, not just for its current students, but for all the students to come in the future. My goal is to work hard for the current PTO and set up future boards for success, and leave Burchfield better than when my children started.

My name is Tiffani, and I am honored to serve as the Co-President of the Burchfield Primary PTO Board. This is my third year on the board, having previously served as Co-President and Secretary. Before joining the Burchfield PTO, I spent four years on the Shaler Area Hockey Club board, gaining valuable experience in community leadership and collaboration.

My goal is to enhance each child’s educational experience by supporting the students, teachers, staff, and families of Burchfield Primary. I’m committed to creating a positive, enriching school environment that benefits all students—both now and in the years to come.

I'm excited to continue working with the Burchfield and greater Shaler Area community to make this school year successful, memorable, and full of opportunities for our students.

My name is Sonny, and this is my fourth year on the Board.  During my time as a PTO member, I have worked on several projects that are near to my heart. I helped to create the Fall Carnival, which is an after-school event for the entire family. I also helped to re-imagine Tinsel Town, our holiday shopping fundraiser. Lastly, I helped revive the Teacher Grant Program, allowing teachers to request funds for items to enhance their classrooms. 

Hello! My name is Sandy, although you may also know me as Sandy Shelly. I've been at Burchfield since 2017, and I've served on the board as Secretary, Vice President and Co-President. I wanted to be an active member of the PTO because I'm invested in the school as a long-time parent - I'll be a Burchfield parent until 2030! As a birth-to-third-grade educator, I'm not just thinking about what we can do next school year, but how we can work together to benefit the current students as well as the students in the upcoming years.
