Membership Form

The Burchfield PTO invites you to become a member of the PTO. If you are looking for the quickest and easiest way to get information, become involved in activities, and support the many wonderful programs at school, you came to the right place. There is one flat fee of $15.00 to join. This fee includes membership for all parents/guardians within your household.
