Membership Form

The Burchfield Primary PTO welcomes you to the 2026–2027 school year and invites you to become a PTO member! Membership is a great way to stay informed, get involved in school activities, and support the many wonderful programs and experiences offered to our students.

Membership is just $15 per household. This includes membership for all parents and guardians in your household.
