I have about 5 years of general game development experience in Unity, this is not limited to only integrating assets, but also creating and modifying them. I do not particularly specialize in a single thing, but instead, i chose to learn everything and become a jack of all trades. Here are more details about my skills, each one individually.
Programming (C#): I understand C#'s core concepts and i write all my game logic in it. I've written advanced movement systems, combat systems, algorithms, and so much more. I love tinkering with programming in general, and i've used Unity to make a messaging app that uses HTTP and works over the internet. I also interfaced Unity with an Arduino (using Ardity), made physical sensors from scratch, and wrote in-Unity drivers for them. This allowed me to use my own custom sensors as input to control apps. Another cool thing i made is a facial animation system, as exhibited in one of my asset store publications (click here). It includes an interface for creating and editing faces as well.
I am good at problem-solving and finding creative ways to implement features in a game using C#, i'm confident working with it and face little to no problems debugging it and improving it.
Full 3D pipeline: As a solo developer, i also had to learn the full 3D pipeline; modeling, retopology, UV mapping, rigging, texturing, animation, and shaders. I'm great at modeling very optimized, game-ready assets in Blender, keeping the polycount low while retaining enough geometry for a smooth look. I often find myself using clever ways to texture my models procedurally with shaders, as this approach adds a layer of customizability.
