Frequently Asked Questions:

Which classes are best for me if I’m pregnant? All the classes run by a BSA Instructor are suitable for those who are pregnant. Medical advice should always be sort before commencing a new exercise program during pregnancy. If you have any questions please feel free to contact us. 

I’m new to Aqua. What do I need to bring? Bring swimwear you’re comfortable moving in, a water bottle, towel, and change of clothes (if desired).  

Which pool is it run in? Our indoor heated pool which has stair access and lovely warm water.  Don't forget to pack your water bottle. 

Who are VIP prices for? Discounts available to parents of children enrolled in the program.

I have a medical condition, is there a class for me? Yes, after a medical clearance from your doctor please notify the instructor when you arrive so they can adapt your program. 

Are men welcome? Yes, we are an all inclusive program. 

What is the Aqua card? Come for 5 classes and your 6th class is free! This is applicable only for classes run by BSA as indicated in the timetable above. 

Do I need a booking? No, for BSA run classes, just turn up on the day. We'd suggest 10-15 minutes before your first class.
