What Learners Do?

Students work side-by-side with amazing tradespeople, in creating two beautiful homes in partnership with our local builder.

Learners get a taste of the majority of trades it takes in building two homes.

Our learners ideate, prototype and create products/services that give them the mindset of what it takes to start a business.

Our students learn the greatest lesson from their experience at BF is that they are a part of their community. This encourages our learners to model what our local builder has done for them, to give back (the above tiny house was built by students and donated to the City of Airdrie for their book barn at the recycling center).
