Manuscript Template & File Format

Authors must use the official template provided and submit the manuscript in Microsoft Word (.docx). Do not submit PDFs. Keep all styles in the template (headings, captions, references). Tables must be created with Word table tools (not images). Figures should be inserted inline and, if requested, supplied as separate high-resolution files.

Copyright Agreement Transfer

Authors must fill the copyright agreement transfer form and submit the form alongside with article submission.

Original Work

Authors must ensure the manuscript is their own original work.

Prior/Concurrent Publication

Manuscripts that have been published previously, are under review elsewhere, or substantially overlap with published work will be rejected.

Plagiarism & Self-Plagiarism

Any manuscript found to contain plagiarised content or undisclosed reuse of the authors’ own prior work (self-plagiarism) will be rejected.

Declaration on Submission

Authors must declare, in the Manuscript Submission Form, that the work is original and has not been published in any journal, book, or other medium.

Third-Party Materials

If using others’ materials (e.g., diagrams, figures, tables, instruments, or theories reproduced beyond fair use), authors must obtain written permission from the rights holder (publisher and/or author) before submission and provide appropriate acknowledgements.

Quotations & Citations

Words or ideas taken from others must be quoted or paraphrased with proper citation according to the journal’s reference style. Failure to credit sources constitutes plagiarism.

Author Responsibility

Authors are fully responsible for securing any required permissions and for the accuracy of citations and acknowledgements.
