Research enables us to discover the unknown and teaching helps us to prepare minds for research. Teaching is one of the noblest professions that can bring positive change in society. Also, teaching is one of the most effective methods to recognize the inner potential. Teaching gives an opportunity to share our knowledge, ideas, and experiences in a conducive atmosphere. 

In my opinion, teaching engineering is teaching purposely the use of science. Once students know the basic concepts of engineering, a lecturer should encourage the students to develop innovations. This requires a lecturer to encourage independent thinking ability among students, which is so crucial for innovations. Therefore, a lecturer should not only give knowledge but also let students obtain the joy of discovering novelties through the learning process.
