If my child attends private school, can they participate?

Yes! As long as they live in Wellesley or are part of the Wellesley community.

If my child is part of the Metco program, can they participate?

Yes! All members of the Wellesley community are invited to participate.

Is BCBP remote?

BCBP is semi-remote. Our group meetings will be in person and our exchange meetings will be held on Zoom.

How much does BCBP cost?

Nothing! BCBP is completely free!

How do I know my child will be safe online?

BCBP has matched with established schools around the world and has connected with teachers and administrators previous to the start of the program. Moreover, there will be a high school student proctor on both sides of the Zoom during buddy meetings.

If two of my children participate, will they each have their own buddy?

Yes! Each child has one buddy from another country.
