Titilope “Titi” Kazeem-Oshinubi (she/her/elle), BSW, RSW, MSW Candidate, is a Registered Social Worker with experience supporting individuals and families through culturally responsive, trauma-informed, and anti-oppressive practice. She also serves as the Ottawa & Area Local Engagement Network Co-Ambassador with the Ontario Association of Social Workers, alongside kat Townshend.
Titi’s work is also informed by disability justice, accessibility, and autism inclusion, with particular attention to the experiences of children and families navigating systems of care. Her academic and community engagement has included speaking about autism inclusion and immigrant family experiences, advocating for culturally safe and accessible environments for children and families, and exploring children’s rights in relation to autism and privacy. These experiences contribute to her broader commitment to challenging barriers and ensuring that lived experience meaningfully informs social work practice, services, and community supports.
Within Building the Bridge, Titi contributes to recruitment and outreach, IBPOC engagement, participant consultation, and the development of the environmental scan and referral pathway. She brings professional, academic, and community-based perspectives to the project, with a strong commitment to creating accessible and inclusive spaces where diverse voices, identities, and lived experiences shape how professional debriefing and peer supports are designed and delivered.
