Summer Internship
ALLIED COURSE:
In the time span of 1 and half month, I worked on 4 upcoming projects of the firm. I actively participated on working on plans , sections and elevations and then constructed their 3D. In this internship, I also learnt rendering the model in a way that it looks realistic by adding materials and lighting elements which were decided upon while constructing the structure.
LOCATION: SAFALE
TYPE: Residential Bunglow
The structure is a G+1 Storey bungalow surrounded by a plot adjacent to it and having a dense growth of vegetation. The kitchen opens to a kitchen garden where edible vegetables are grown. Parking lots are provided to the East of the bunglow.
FLOOR PLANS:
The first floor of the bunlow consists of the master bedroom and the guest bedrooms. All the rooms have balconies which gives a sense of connectedness between the inside and the outside. The terrace level acts as a party lawn with glass railings installed for safety. The staircase leading to the terrace level is created in a cabin kind of structure made of glass material which would allow sunlight to pass in from the terrace to the floors below.
