Rachel Labi 

Co-founder

Rachel Labi is a co-founder of BFF and a finance student at Purdue University. She has written in The Policy Circle and the Indianapolis Recorder, and she is interested in investment management, social entrepreneurship, and VC. She has completed internships, externships, and fellowships with Bridgewater Associates, D.E. Shaw, Gener8tor, PWC, igniteXL Ventures, IDEX Corporation, Ohana Student Housing, and RuralUrbanTV. Distinct passions of hers include financial literacy and anti-trafficking advocacy. 

Nikki dodd 

DIRECTOR OF Partnerships

Nikki Dodd is the Director of Partnerships for BFF and a chemistry graduate from IUPUI. She prioritizes youth advocacy on her path towards becoming a physician. She supported the early creation and development of Building Financial Freedom during her time as a YES Fellow, where she shared her ideas on how to improve young adult equity in Indiana at a national summit. Her career interest in healthcare is fueled by her passion for advocacy and equity.
