Dear Ia,
You have nice projects and awesome presentations. I also like the games she made about the project topic. And by the way, I like your shirt that has the sunset and pink flowers. Good luck! ~ ~ Marcus
Ia is a very fun person to be with. She has really nice presentations. I like telling her "EAT PIZZA" cuz she doesn't usually have rice for lunch...but she eats ulam. I wish her good luck, will have fun and good friends. I hope she does not get stressed out in high school. IA- Please don't feel negative -- you really look nice :) ~ Camille and Rune
Ia and I became friends when we first did a project on Binondo together. She's really nice and responsible. She's someone you can count on not just on schoolwork, but as being a friend. We usually "bully" each other. But the bullying was somehow the way we would express our feelings of friendship. She is really fun to be with, and she's the kind of person that will understand you and comfort you, but in her own funny way. She usually would tease you, but she would know when to stop, and if you felt bad, she would know how to comfort you and you would be okay right away. I'll really miss you, Ia. I hope you do good in your school. Hehehe...:) ~ Tala Gonzales
Ia sometimes gets sick but when she gets back to school she catches up immediately. As what T.Vic said she hacks the school's computer and gets all the answers from it. I hope she doesn't cry in her new school like what happened in her first day. I also hope that she goes to class often. ~Mauro
Ia. Ah yes, Ia. She's a great friend. A BEST friend. We did some wacky stuff when we were younger. She used to be quite an introvert when she was new. But once someone gets to know her, she's a pretty fun gal. Ia has been there for me for about...ALMOST SEVEN YEARS!!!! And we're still close! That one memory I remembeted the most is when we first met. Ia was crying and I came up to her and said "It'll be okay. That also happens to me. I also used to cry a lot in my old school." Builders made me feel comfortable about my socialization skills so, she should too!
I wish for Ia and I to be as close until the end of time (too much? Haha) and to always be there when people need it. ~ Annika
"I’ve been here for about half of my life. And I know that I wouldn’t be the person I am today without the help and guidance of my Builders’ Family. Being at Builders’ has helped me gain the confidence and courage to face challenges that may come my way. You taught me that it’s okay, good even, to be proud of what I’ve accomplished. When I first arrived at Builders’ I was really shy. You really helped me to break out of my shell. You taught me that it’s okay to laugh, to have fun, and to be silly from time to time. More importantly, you taught me that it’s ok to be myself and to be proud of who I am.
Being at Builders’ has taught me that curiosity is good. You encouraged me to ask questions. You told me that it’s okay to make mistakes and to not be discouraged by them. You showed me that it’s okay not to know everything. Because of you, I learned to look at things from different angles. You encouraged me to explore and to think out of the box.
The different classes and activities have taught me a lot of things in the academic department. True to your name, you helped build up my knowledge. What makes Builders’ different from other schools is that here, I was taught the importance of what I was learning and to appreciate the process of learning. We were taught in such a way that made lessons fun for me. When I was younger, class was so fun that only now do I realize that those classes were actually educational. For this, I would like to thank the teachers. Thank you for teaching me the value and joy of learning.
Strangely here at Builders’, my worst fear was disappointing the Teachers. Not because I was scared of getting scolded, but because I love the teachers and want to make them proud. This is something I don’t think I would feel in other schools. This kind of bond the teachers have with their students and vice versa is uniquely Builders’." Ia's full MESSAGE here >>
