Our team created a list of hobbies each team member enjoys. Then, we selected one hobby for each team member to research. After that we took a vote and down selected to our top 4 hobbies - swimming, golf, bowling, and rock climbing. We completed researching these hobbies, down-voted options as a team, and ultimately chose our hobby for our project - BOWLING! 7 out of 9 teammates picked this as one of their two preferred hobbies.
According to our research, the majority of people do not bowl because it is not accessible/don't know how to do it well, they have no one to do it with, and it's too expensive.
We have many resources from interviews, tours, user & expert surveys, books and websites.
We used a Kanban chart to track our work.
