These Terms and Conditions ("Terms", "Agreement") constitute an agreement between Bug Bite Identifier: AI Scan ("Bug Bite Identifier", "we", "our", or "us") and you ("User", "you", or "your"). This Agreement outlines the general terms and conditions governing your use of the Bug Bite Identifier: AI Scan mobile application and any related features, services, or content (collectively, the "Service").

By downloading or using Bug Bite Identifier: AI Scan, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree with any part of these Terms, please discontinue use of the app.

1. Purpose of the App & Disclaimer

Bug Bite Identifier: AI Scan is designed for informational and educational purposes only.
The app uses AI-based image analysis to help users identify possible insect bites and related reactions based on photos provided by the user.

It is not a medical or diagnostic tool and must not replace professional medical advice, diagnosis, or treatment.
Always consult a qualified healthcare provider for medical evaluation, diagnosis, or treatment of any insect bite, allergic reaction, or skin condition.

We disclaim any liability for actions, health decisions, or outcomes based on AI-generated results.

2. Eligibility

By using the app, you confirm that you are at least 16 years old or have obtained parental or guardian consent.
This app is not intended for children under 4 years of age.

3. Prohibited Uses

You agree not to use Bug Bite Identifier or its content:
(a) for any unlawful or unauthorized purpose;
(b) to violate any local, national, or international regulations;
(c) to infringe upon or violate intellectual property rights;
(d) to harass, abuse, or harm others;
(e) to upload false, misleading, or inappropriate images;
(f) to transmit malware, viruses, or malicious code;
(g) to collect or misuse personal data of others;
(h) to engage in spam, scraping, or automated data extraction;
(i) to disrupt or bypass app security;
(j) for obscene, harmful, or defamatory purposes.

Violation of these conditions may result in immediate termination of your access to the Service.

4. Subscription Fees, Payment Terms & Refund Policy

Bug Bite Identifier: AI Scan offers optional Premium Services such as unlimited scans or advanced AI analysis.

Subscription Pricing

Payment & Renewal

• Payments are charged to your Apple ID account upon purchase confirmation.
  
  

• Subscriptions automatically renew unless auto-renew is turned off at least 24 hours before the current period ends.
  
  

• Renewal charges occur within 24 hours prior to the end of the current period.
  
  

Cancellation

• You may manage or cancel your subscription anytime in Apple Account Settings.
  
  

• No cancellation or refund is possible for the ongoing subscription period once activated.
  
  

Pricing Changes

Bug Bite Identifier reserves the right to modify subscription pricing at any time. Updated pricing will be reflected in the App Store listing prior to renewal.

Refund Policy

Because the Service is delivered immediately upon purchase and cannot be revoked remotely, no refunds are issued after purchase.

5. Intellectual Property Rights

All content, code, design, images, text, and AI algorithms within Bug Bite Identifier: AI Scan are the intellectual property of Juyana Islam or licensed third parties.
You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, or create derivative works from the app without prior written consent.

6. Copyright Complaints

If you believe any content within the app infringes your copyright, please contact us with:

• Identification of the copyrighted work;
  
  

• Your name, address, and email;
  
  

• A statement of good faith belief that the use is unauthorized;
  
  

• A statement under penalty of perjury that the provided information is accurate and that you are authorized to act on behalf of the owner;
  
  

• Your physical or electronic signature.
  
  

We will promptly review valid copyright complaints.

7. Privacy Policy

Your use of Bug Bite Identifier: AI Scan is also governed by our Privacy Policy, which explains how we collect, store, and process your data.
By using the app, you agree to both this Agreement and our Privacy Policy.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Bug Bite Identifier, its developers, affiliates, and licensors shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, or special damages, including but not limited to:

• Incorrect bite or insect identification,
  
  

• Health decisions made based on AI results,
  
  

• Loss of data, or
  
  

• Any other harm resulting from app usage.
  
  

In no case shall our total liability exceed USD $1 or the total amount paid by you within the past 30 days.
You agree to use the app at your own risk.

9. Dispute Resolution

This Agreement shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Bangladesh.
Any disputes shall be resolved exclusively in the courts of Bangladesh.
You waive any right to a jury trial.
The UN Convention on Contracts for the International Sale of Goods does not apply.

10. Changes & Amendments

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time.
Any changes will take effect upon posting within the app, and the “Last Updated” date will be revised accordingly.
Continued use of the app after changes implies acceptance of the updated Terms.

11. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your access immediately, without prior notice, if you violate these Terms or engage in prohibited conduct.
Users whose accounts are terminated for policy violations may not re-register without written permission.

12. Acceptance of Terms

By using Bug Bite Identifier: AI Scan, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms and our Privacy Policy.
